A few of my innovations that may help someone in the future.

The new Edson tiller arm mounts below the upper rudder shaft bearing (as seen through my access locker in the aft cockpit bulkhead) the aluminum plate secures the thwartships mahogany support to the steering support structure giving incredible new overall support to the entire transom area.
