Has anyone installed one of those teak plate and cup holders on the bulkhead above the aft galley cabinets? If so, did you screw it or bond it with epoxy? If you used screws, what length should they be to avoid boring through the bulkhead?

Screw it on. Plenty of meat in the liner and about ¼" of air space between the liner and the cabins aft bulkhead.
