ELECTRICAL: 12v system with four 6v deep cycle batteries in two banks with selector switch, 12v breaker panel with digital amp meter. Balmar 75 amp alternator with three stage regulator. Raritan automatic battery charger. 110v system with 50� 30 amp shore power cord. 1000 watt inverter.

SAILS AND RIGGING: Ketch rigged. Painted aluminum masts, booms and spreaders. Masts stepped on deck. New teak compression post on main mast, additional bracing in engine room for mizzen mast. Stainless steel standing rigging with double lowers and remove-able inner forestay. REFIT AND UPDATES SINCE �98: Waterline up- hull, deck, cabin and spars re-finished with Awlgrip. Non-skid pattern sprayed on cabin top, decks, cockpit sole and cockpit seat tops. Bottom sand blasted. Two layers of 22 oz bi-ax fabric applied to cover entire bottom. Nine coats of West System Epoxy applied with barrier coat additive in accordance with West System recommendations. New port lights and new fixed windows and frames. Deck hatch frames removed, sand blasted, powder coated and re-installed. Engine, engine instrument panel, and fuel tank replaced. Engine compartment painted. New fuel system and engine hoses. New electrical panel installed. Cork tile installed on cabin sole, table top and nav area. New custom designed, varnished, cockpit coamings and winch pads installed. Seafrost refrigeration updated with new compressor and valves for use with R32 refrigerant. All seacocks removed, re-machined, painted and reinstalled. Bonding system updated and grounding plates installed to ABYC standards or better. Polished stainless steel handrails installed on cabin top to replace original teak hand rails. New custom stainless steel and teak bowsprit including head stay/bob stay attachment, with twin anchor rollers. Baby stay with stainless steel stem head chain plate. New stainless steel chain plates. All stainless steel is type 316L. New hoses on rudder post and shaft log. Holding tank with macerator pump installed. Head rebuilt and repainted with all new hoses.
